Setting Up Libraries

This is where you set up your cost-details lookup tables. These are used to standardize and make consistent all of your Bids, as well as to automatically fill in the information you have set up.
You can also set up any number of Crews, combining your cost elements in commonly used sets. This makes it simple to set up complex Bid Activities very easily. You can also create a new Crew from any Activity that you have set up in a Bid.
You can share the same "master files" libraries between Estimators, or each can maintain their own -- depending on how your company wants to do it.
