Overview of WINBID2000's Main Screens and Functions

The Details Screen
Here you work on the Details for your selected Activity
 using the Tabs for the types of Details
(click on the screen to see other tabs) items

This is where you work on the Details for the Activity you selected from the Items screen. 

When you first set up a new Activity, you select either an Activity or a Crew from the libraries of Details you have set up.  A Crew will bring in the complete set of Details you have stored (either through the SETUP area or by saving from any previous Bid), then you can adjust any aspect of any Detail on this screen.

You can globally change the number of Hours and Days, for Labor and/or Equipment.  You can add, delete, and adjust any of the Details for the Activity on this one screen.

You can have any number of Crews, and each estimator can work from their own set of SETUP information, including the Crews and also their Subs, Vendors, Customers and all of the costing detail items.

You can step through the current Item's Activities using the buttons at the upper left, and use Escape to return to the Items screen (almost every operation has a keystroke equivalent as well as a mouse-click, so you can get around more efficiently without reaching for the mouse).
